At HockeyStickMan, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact; please note that used sticks or custom pro-stock items may have specific warranty limitations.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear in its original box or a similar protective container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our equipment specialists receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
